yearning to be alchemised
in the language of pain and beauty.
A declaration outward,
of all that we have been,
and are, becoming.
Art infused with intention,
is a sacred honouring, a loving offering.
A calling on the wild wisdom
of Mother Earth,
Great Spirit,
and the cycling of all things,
to guide us on our way.
As we surrender to the mystery.
We invite the support of what we need,
in prayer.
Celebrate the wonder of what we have,
in gratitude.
And release what no longer serves us,
in wholeness.
Slow down,
feel safe,
trust,
connect to the softness of the heart
and the wisdom in your blood.
My poems, I write in dots and lines. My peace I find in the elegance of nature's cycles. The endless yet directed flow of her rivers. `The tenderness of human touch. The enchantment of a song plucking the strings of my heart. The way my body grooves to a drum warmed by fire.
I am constantly seeking to return home to myself, the freedom, balance and fullness of my wild authentic nature. The nature that says, you are one with everything.
Art is a way for me to connect with the wisdom of this oneness. Art is an offering of presence and devotion to earth and beauty. It is to feel the currents of life flow through me. To be still, listen, and allow spirit to move me.
With my art tattooed in ceremony I like to hold space for you to return home to yourself. We do this by adorning your temple in loving devotion. When we encode into your skin the wisdom of the cosmos, we are connecting to our divine nature.

By tattooing any being on our body, we offer our gratitude and invite their spirit to support and guide us ~ to share their medicine with us.

If you have already heard a calling to honour specific allies, symbols or totems, tell me all about them and let me use my creativity to give form to your tattoo.

Every creation holds an element of intuition, mine and yours, but this is deep surrender. An offering where I channel a tattoo totem for you, weaving into the marking the medicine that your soul is calling for.
You don’t have to bring any ideas or clarity, just a wide-open heart and a clear intention to receive what is meant for you.
For me to create for you I need to know what is alive for you in your life. What is the cycle you are moving through at the moment. The lessons you are learning.
You can share with me anything in your awareness, no matter how random. My preferred way of uncovering a theme and soul yearning is to have an in-person Oracle reading to allow Spirit to guide us towards the medicine your soul is reaching for. But if thats not an option for you I’m also open to you sharing with me over messages, voicenotes or a scheduled call. You can give me permission to do an Oracle reading on your behalf too.
Once we’ve discovered what aspects of your life is calling for support, I bring intentions into visual ideas using with my own creativity and unique style, guided by and in observation of messages from Spirit.
You’re welcome to tell me the style of mine you like, I have many examples on my instagram. You can share with me if you like bolder, gentler, more magical, symmetric, organic etc. but I don't accept any references from other artists for my offerings.

After discovering what tattoo we’re creating I keep your story and intentions warm in my heart and honour it actively in my field. I cleanse my space from any unhelpful energy and invite spirit to support and work through me.
From a place of awareness and presence, I listen and let creation flow. This is how I weave the magic of intention, the spirit of your allies, and the intelligence of nature into your marking.

I care about your experience across all realms of existence, in every possible way. The energetic, emotional, spiritual, physical and of course visual. This is what it is to create sacred space, it is to be present with all that is.
Creating a beautiful tattoo to me is connecting to all of these realms in an intentional journey.
I believe the experience of getting a tattoo should feel comfortable and safe. I receive you as you are. I’ll share with you my calmness. And I’ll always listen to what you have to say. All parts of you are welcome in my studio.
I don't have a set rate. My prices start at R600 and will depend on the amount and type of detail, the size, and the placement of the tattoo. I am happy to give you a quote once we've discussed your tattoo.
I work from my home studio in the forest of Constantia. It is a private and peaceful space called Treetops ~ with lots of bird entertainment for you to be inspired by while you get your tattoo.
